Frequently asked question
Your first box will be dispatched on the next business day after you sign up. The timing of your second box's dispatch depends on when you signed up. If you signed up before the 15th of the month, your second box will be dispatched on the first day of the following month.
However, if you signed up on or after the 16th of the month, your second box will be dispatched on the first day of the month after that. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our team via email or live chat. You will only be charged when your wine is ready to be dispatched.

Your Club membership provides you with a monthly delivery of wine carefully selected by the Sometimes Always team. The wine you receive will be of at least equivalent value to your membership fee. For instance, if you're on a 3 Bottle Classic membership worth $80, you will receive at least $100 worth of wine, often more. Shipping is always free!
In addition, your membership entitles you to earn a percentage of reward store credit on all additional purchases you make through Sometimes Always. For example, if your reward store credit level is 20%, and you place a $100 order, you will receive a $20 reward credit that you can use on any store purchase*. You can save up your credit to use on a larger purchase or redeem any amount of available credit as you wish.
As a Club member, you will also have priority access to many rare, hard-to-find, and allocation wines. We offer our members first dibs before making these wines available for sale to other customers.
Yes, you can easily modify, pause, or cancel your monthly membership by getting in touch with our team. We understand the importance of flexibility and convenience when it comes to discovering new wines.
When you pause, cancel, or skip a monthly membership, all additional benefits and privileges such as reward store credit accumulation will be put on hold until the membership is resumed and the next scheduled box is charged.
However, any store credit you've earned will still be available for redemption as long as it's within 6 months from the date of issuance.
